4. Orders & Payment
All pricing and services will be outlined in your individual agreement. Customers are responsible for timely payment per the agreed billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in service interruption.
5. Guarantee
Our “60-Day Profit Boost Guarantee” applies to qualified customers only and may require specific actions to be eligible (e.g., implementation of our recommended setup). Full terms are available upon request.
6. Equipment & Ownership
All POS hardware provided remains the property of West Coast POS unless explicitly purchased. Leased or loaned equipment must be returned upon termination of services.
7. Use of Website
You may not use our website for unlawful purposes or in a way that could damage our reputation or functionality. We reserve the right to restrict access or take legal action if misuse is detected.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our site, including logos, branding, and software, is owned by West Coast POS or its licensors and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission.
9. Liability Disclaimer
West Coast POS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. While we strive for high uptime and support, occasional downtime may occur.
